If you couldn't already tell, I absolutely love the actresses with the girl-next-door look about them. Rachel McAdams is just like Jennifer Aniston in the sense that she goes for very simple, but it works and her outfits are still something to talk about. Ultimately, they both don't need to go over-the-top with their clothes because if I had their gorgeous looks, I definitely wouldn't want to take away from or hide what's already there.
Not only does Rachel McAdams look absolutely fabulous in her simple every day casual wear, but she, without-a-doubt, rocks it when it comes to her gowns/dresses for award shows and red carpets. I love this outfit (pictured) of hers because it's perfect for a spring/summer weekend just running errands or having a lunch date. It's something you can throw on quick, but it still looks good.

The shirt definitely gives the outfit more of a dressed down feel, but at the same time, you're still dressed up. For some reason, it just works, or you might agree with my husband who thinks these two clothing items don't work together at all, and that's ok! You are welcome to your opinion. I can't say I'd normally put these two items together when I'm getting ready in the morning, but you'd be amazed by the number of compliments I got, especially on my skirt.
